What we provide
Autofieldwork provides workflow automation setup and management, reporting, website upkeep, and related services as agreed with a client in writing. A contact form is only an inquiry, not an accepted project.
Scope and access
Clients provide accurate information and the access needed for agreed work. We will not make changes outside the agreed scope without approval. You remain responsible for business decisions, customer communications, and the accuracy of your data.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this site are starting points. Work begins with a one-time setup, followed by a monthly fee for ongoing work. Monthly plans cover the stated changes, maintenance, and support. The final scope, setup fee, monthly fee, payment dates, taxes, cancellation terms, and ownership of deliverables must be confirmed in a written proposal.
Tools, access, and usage
Clients own their accounts and remain responsible for software subscriptions, texting and usage charges, and provider fees unless a written proposal says otherwise. We can help with tool updates, login problems, and connections between tools. Major provider changes, migrations, or work outside the agreed plan may require a separate quote.
No guaranteed outcome
Automation can reduce repetitive work, but results depend on your tools, process, market, and team. We do not promise a specific revenue, response, or conversion result.
